The conference takes place at the GEOCENTER, which houses not only the University of Copenhagen, but also the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland and a high school.

How to come

It is ideally located 10 minutes away from Downtown Copenhagen, between Nørreport or Østerport metro stations.

Accomodation

There is a UCPH discount for the following two hotels, close to the conference venue. These two hotels have a limited numer of rooms and will accept reservations on a first-come-first-served basis.  

1. Guldsmeden Hotels, www.guldsmedenhotels.com. To book hotel contact babettebooking@guldsmedenhotels.com and mention the agreement with Koebenhavns Universitet. You book using you own credit card. Make sure to book the hotel in Copenhagen called Babette, which is closest to the conference. Alternatively, book the hotel called 66, which is located farther away.
